I led the design project as a UI/UX Designer for 1 month from the 28th of June 2024 until the 28th of July. This project is for my friend's thesis. I collaborated with a back-end and front-end developer. I also did some research and usability testing for the sake of the project.

We came up with the idea of bringing our common confusion about skin disease into a practical solution. Basically, this is one of the daily habits of some Indonesian folks who are often confused about meeting the doctor, regarding skin problems. Sometimes you might feel too lazy or too shy to visit the doctor, especially if you think your skin problem is just a fungal rash due to infrequent showers. But in your mind, you are also curious about what kind of disease is.

We want this app to help users as a first-stage skin disease checker, and then SEDIC comes as a skin disease-checking app. As a health theme app, my friend wishes this app would be easy to use for the general public. Of course, this app will not fully replace doctors' function, but the aim is eventually users can immediately perform first aid to the skin.

I made the result section with the information section cards which display the likelihood percentage of the disease. I also provide a frame to highlight the affected area in the picture result, there will be more than one of them if the user has multiple skin conditions. Users also have the option to retake the test or just back to the main screen if they want to.
